Slate is a hiring site for businesses in Lakewood, Monsey, Boro Park and Monroe. Candidates put up profiles; businesses post jobs and message candidates.

The fee

$500, after the hire. Nothing if you don't. A business pays when someone they found on Slate starts working. Slate invoices directly — no payment happens on the site.

Report the hire. The fee is how Slate stays open.

Review

Slate reads every profile and confirms every business before they go live, and can pause or remove either at any time.

Messages

Conversations stay on Slate. Slate can read them — for safety, and to settle billing disputes.

No promises

Slate doesn't guarantee a hire, a candidate, or an outcome. It puts good people and good businesses in the same room.
