Who sees what

Candidate cards on the public site never show a name or contact details. Full profiles — name and story — open only to businesses Slate has confirmed. Your phone and email are never shown to anyone; Slate uses them to reach you.

Messages

Conversations happen on Slate, and Slate can read them — that keeps things safe and settles billing questions.

Email from Slate

Slate sends account emails and short notes when something needs you. Never the content of a message.

Removing your data

Pause or remove your profile any time from your settings. To delete your account entirely, write to hello@slatehiring.com.
